• that yesterday I went to see my family in Fernandina Beach and got rear-ended at red light by some crazy lady texting while driving…
  • that I had to go to TWO different hospitals last night because I had a persistent headache and nausea after the accident.
  • that I ended up having to get a CT scan just to know if I could go to sleep or not because I was convinced that I had the “talk and Die” syndrome.
  • that Brittney Murphy died today at 10am in LA.  She was only 32…so sad.
  • that there is a really good possibility that in about nine months we could have two babies instead of one :O)
  • that I still have so much sewing to do.
  • that I could watch re-runs of The Nanny and Rosanne over and over and over LOL!
  • how much I love our new Xbox and Lego.Indiana.Jones game!
  • how much I missed the taste of Chips Ahoy and Mountain Dew.

We will probably be testing in the next couple of days although she is not due yet I think we are about 12/13 DPO.  Wish us luck!

OMG, today it feels like I have a world of stuff to accomplish and not nearly enough time…here is the list in no specific order (and please excuse the bullets it has been a long week!)

  • take my last round of clomid tonight – thank GOD …headaches much!
  • stop in the quilt shop and have them look over my piece and offer up suggestions because at this point I am a little discouraged with this project.  It’s Jo’s christmas present and I don’t want to ruin it…maybe I am putting too much pressure on myself for this one.  I just want it to be perfect and it is far from at this point.
  • stop off at CVS and buy some cough drops because I have a cold.  This is especially great since it’s the first time in a while that I have a good chance of conceiveing…not now- colds throw everything out of whack.
  • go to the grocery store and buy my mom a pie crust so she can make dinner – at this point I say subway.
  • get dressed for work where I still have a butt load of stuff to do tonight.
  • do the budget because tomorrow is pay day.
  • find time to finish the project I got farmed out to do by the shop…haven’t even washed the fabric yet.
  • get my workout clothes together – so far this week I have run about 6 miles.  That is pretty damn good for just getting back started.  I haven’t been on the scale for 5 days – fighting the urge!  It is also the reason I am now nursing a cold…

All in all, I am pretty busy but somehow, in this maze of craziness, I have time to sit here are blog about how much I have to do…  Hmmm, there is definitely something wrong with this picture.  Send out HUGE BFP’s to everyone out there ttc this month!

I was looking at our “visualization” board the other day and imagine my surprise to see that almosteverything we asked for came true.  With the exception of a BFP we got every single thing on there!  After noticing that we decided it was a good idea to clean out our spare room to allow positive vibes to flow (sounds hokey I know).  You know, so that the universe knows we are ready and not keeping the nursery full of crap with no room for a baby.  While going through that room you would not believe that crap we found!  Old CD’s, VHS movies, prom pics, bags of old statements (which Jo is patiently shredding as I type this) and a whole bunch of other stuff.  We found a Care Bear from 1983 – Tenderheart…wonder if he’s a collectors?  I found my old crochet needles too!  I got creative when I found a skein of yarn and made the cat a collar with a small tail – she is effing hilarious with that thing on!  She can’t walk two step without getting pissed and rolling all over the floor – *evil grin*.   Now, however, the living room floor is covered in old papers and boxes that we still need to go through.  After the inside is done we move to the outside for some too-late-for-spring-cleaning and yard work…blah.

it has been a heck of a month here at our house!  We have been trying so hard to lose some weight AND we have I am down 15lbs now and Jo is down 10!  I want to reach my goal weight before we start TTC’ing again so no news on that front right now.

Christmas time is here and we have been beyond busy trying to get all these quilt projects done!  I have finished the top now I just have to get the layers all together so – at least I am closer than I was a month ago.  I can’t believe how expensive stuff is now -although gas here is only $1.79 so at least we are feeling a little relief at the pumps.

So really – not much going on but I wanted to say that I AM STILL HERE – just not as interesting and super busy!
